  • 8 mini pancakes
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1.8 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 radish

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Make the garlic cream cheese spread:

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with dried garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

2. Make the lemon-dill cream cheese spread:

In another small bowl, combine cream cheese with lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
